Our treats are made with ingredients that are safe for horses and are prepared by hand in small batches. Every horse is different, however, and a treat that suits one may not suit another.

Please consult your veterinarian before introducing any new treat into your horse's diet — especially for animals with allergies, metabolic concerns, or specific dietary restrictions. RidgeField Treat Co. is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

If you would like a breakdown of crude protein, crude fat, fiber, and moisture for any of our treats, please email us and we'll be happy to share it. Please note that any analysis we provide is an estimated analysis — not a guaranteed analysis confirmed by scientists or veterinarians. For exact figures suited to your horse's needs, consult your veterinarian.

Designs, Prices & Delivery

Because everything we make is crafted by hand in small batches, our offerings naturally evolve with the seasons. Packaging designs, pouch formats, labels, and product presentations may change from time to time — what arrives at your stable door may look a little different from the photos on our site, though the treats themselves are always made to the same recipe and standard.

Prices may also change, particularly around holidays and seasonal occasions, when limited-edition batches, festive packaging, or special pricing may apply. The price shown at checkout is always the price you pay for that order.

Once your parcel leaves our hands, its journey belongs to the postal carrier. We ship promptly and pack with care, but exact delivery timing depends on your local postal service and routes beyond our control. If a parcel is running late, please reach out — we'll always help you track it down.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or join our newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use It

We use your information to fulfil orders, respond to your questions, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional letters from the ridge. You can unsubscribe from those at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
